Shipping times will vary depending on your location, but we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Once your order has been completed, we will provide you with a shipping estimate and tracking information, so you can keep an eye on your package every step of the way. We use trusted shipping carriers to ensure that your package arrives safely and on time.

Insurance

Insurance is available on all shipments upon request (extra charges apply), and we take extra care to ensure that your jewellery is well-protected during shipping.

Taxes

Please note that any taxes, customs fees, or duties imposed by your country are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for any delays or additional charges caused by customs.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At The Crown, we take pride in providing high-quality handcrafted and custom-made jewellery to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, and unworn. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item to us.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, and unworn. If the new item you select is of greater value, we will contact you to arrange payment for the difference. If the new item you select is of lesser value, no refund will be issued for the difference.

Custom-made jewellery

Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or exchanges on custom-made jewellery as they are uniquely crafted to your specifications. However, we are committed to working with you to ensure your complete satisfaction with your custom-made piece.
