3.2 The actual amount charged to you will be based on your payment provider’s exchange rate at the time of purchase. OnlyRock is not responsible for any differences arising from currency conversion or bank fees.

3.3 Prices shown on the Site do not include any import duties, customs charges, or local taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction. These are your sole responsibility.

3.4 We may modify product prices at any time without prior notice. The price confirmed at checkout is final and binding for that order.

3.5 Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept payments through major credit or debit cards, PayPal, and other gateways displayed at checkout.

3.6 An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.

3.7 Ownership of the goods passes to you once full payment has been received and the order has been dispatched.

4.1 Receipt of an order confirmation does not signify acceptance of your order.
4.2 OnlyRock reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.
4.3 In the event of cancellation after payment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

5.1 Shipping, handling, and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
5.2 Delivery times are estimates only and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, or other events beyond our control.
5.3 Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5.4 You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. We are not liable for loss or delay arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6.1 Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
6.2 We reserve the right to deny any return that fails to comply with our stated conditions.

7.1 All content on the Site—including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, product photography, and designs—is owned by or licensed to OnlyRock and protected under applicable intellectual-property laws.

• delays or delivery failures; or

• any unauthorized access to or alteration of transmissions or data.

10.2 Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the product giving rise to such claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OnlyRock and its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, transport disruptions, or governmental actions.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
